Another in my series of running archery and movement demonstration videos.

A quick introduction to my process:
- Week 1. Received this bow, "Shadowhunter".
Dedicated the first week solely to backyard tuning (with a focus on bare shaft and brace height tuning).

- Week 2. Dedicated to learning my standing gap ranges between 5 to 40-yards.

- Week 3. I worked on my intuitive ranging skills by doing walk-forward walk-back exercises, which essentially involves starting at a mid-range point then quickly walking forward/backward and releasing arrows at random ranges between 5 to 40-yards.

- Week 4. This video.

Why?
Because I believe accuracy in Intuitive or instinctual archery is derived from establishing a body-mind connection between you and your bow, not by repetition on a shooting line, but by bringing as much of your body into the experience as possible.

My belief.
Moving and shooting "with consistent form" is the fastest way to learn how to shoot your traditional bow at various ranges accurately.

Fitness and safety*
Each target action begins/ends with 1) a moment of rest, breathing, and assessment; 2) movement to the shooting point; 3) stop at the shooting point and center yourself; 4) then draw and release the arrow. Repeat.
* Never draw an arrow while moving.
