Arkwright Town Board, March 9, 2020
Town Board Supervisor Ted Wightman outlines the case for appointing a noise monitor, noting that Dr. Mark Twichell volunteered for the position. Noise monitoring discussion begins at minute 60.
The vote to accept the unpaid post reflects the division in the 5-person town board. Lynn Bedford, Chris Jackson and Supervisor Wightman voted affirmative. Board member Chris Cannon recused himself (he has wind turbine contracts); Board member Larry Ball, an enthusiastic advocate for the turbine project, abstained.
