ОтветитьSo coming December 2024, first time home buyer who only has less than 20% down payment on a 1M+ house could somehow service that mortgage? Yeah sure there are people with less down payment but high income. But how many of these high salaried people are there in the market that make north of 200k+ that are going to make any meaningful impact on home prices? In order to take advantage of this cap increase, the average house hold income needs to match to be able to afford that monthly payment with less than 20% down. It's any ones guess to predict what the market is going to do but missing out critical points and painting a picture that market will pick up kinda shows the bias here.

already been on the market! Everybody knows that for quite some time now so this part of information is wrong and useless!
So many websites show the records of previous listings so why are agents doing this and leading clients into another useless listing???
Plus to many videos from agents never seen or heard about before preaching useless tactics??

With the Trump election victory it means home prices will plunge in Canada due to higher longer term interest rates and the falling Yuan. Less money will come into Canada from China due to the falling Yuan.

ОтветитьThis is far from reality. Data never lies and it’s out there but people only believe what they want to. Rate cuts are only showing how bad economy is and job market / unemployment will always have more impact than rate cuts. Anyone who understands basic of economics know where we are heading.

ОтветитьI cancelled my listing. I could only afford 4% commission ( 38000 bucks) agents boycotted my home.
They were sued in america and ate being sued in canada for doing this.
Agents have pi$$ed off many peopke and have no ethics. Agents will be hit very hard in the future.
ILL LIST PRIVATELY FROM NOW ON. I know tons of people starting to do the same.
Canada property market is doomed. It is heading for a steep rash. Anyone whom is daydreaming the market will or price will go up further and further, they are demented.
