Recipe and ingredients:
For dough:
240g (1.5 cups) flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
2 egg yolks
30g (2 tbsp) sugar
70g (1/3 cup) softened butter
100g (1/2 cup) sour cream

For apples:
3 apples
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
35g (1.5 tbsp) butter

For cheese mixture:
360g (1.5 cups) cream cheese
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
3 egg yolks
30g (3 tbsp) cornstarch
Cover the 24cm baking pan with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) for about 40 minutes

For meringue:
5 egg whites
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
30g almond flakes
Bake at 180℃ (356℉) for another 20 minutes
