ОтветитьI bet that ford sounds like you’re grinding feed at 75 mph!
ОтветитьLove that green Chevy but he needs some airbags or an extra spring in the rear, she was doing the Carolina squat 👍
ОтветитьWayne, you should sell sunglasses like you’re wearing with the “ol 2 stroker” on the lens, kinda like Rayban does.
Ответить👍
ОтветитьThanks Wayneo! 🍻
ОтветитьThe sleeper was a nice score!
ОтветитьThe F5 really speaks to me, they did a great job at SLS Fabrication. So I've been watching your videos for years and apparently haven't been subscribed?? I thought I subscribed after watching the first video of yours I saw. I fixed it. Keep it up Wayne 👍
ОтветитьDetroit Garage has a F350 with a 453T in it..runs it on used restaurant cooking oil..has 60k miles in it that way..pretty cool 🍺🍺
ОтветитьOMG!! Man I 💖LOVE💖 that little '48 COE Ford!! It makes all the right noises, and looks fantastic.. and it's 4WD even!😄 What a unit!
ОтветитьI've seen that '48 4-53T in a truck magazine that I bought years ago. Cool see and hear it in video.
ОтветитьPretty cool Detroit Swaps. My instructor at Ohio Auto Diesel in the mid nineties had a Dodge Pickup with a 318, 6V53. That was some of the earliest swaps I had seen. Seen a Deutz inline air cooled in a F-350 2 wheel drive. I also heard of some guys running Deere and Allis Chalmers diesel’s. I would like to do something interesting with my 86 K20. It’s factory 6.2. Thanks for the videos, Wayne.
ОтветитьHellow Wayne good to see you
ОтветитьMet Dan this summer, great guy. I sold him a 6v71
He had lots of good stories to tell. Couldnt believe how youg he looked for his age.
Man wayne that ford is sweet that 453 sounds great nice .... Keep up the awsome content
ОтветитьCool trucks for sure, can’t beat the sound of a Detroit. Sweet score on the Merc Sleeper 👍🏻

ОтветитьHey Wayne! I rode in Dan’s truck a few years ago!! I was in HEAVEN!! Dan is AWESOM! So I been heavy into all things 2 stroke and before I used a chair, which never slowed me down a BIT!! And I got to see ny other 4-51 at my friends place a few days ago ago for the first time! (the disassembled one) and said “HI” to my running fan-to-flywheel complete one and like a dumb ass forgot to take pics!! Arrgh!! Son of a Diddly! 😩 OOF-DA-MAY! 🙄 stupid me! But it is only a few miles away in Grant Hollow in Melrose. Should be back down there real soon, will get pics! These things are RARE!! (And extremely cool, being valveless like a gas 2 stroke!!) So hang in, I will get some pics to share! Cheers man! Rick D! 👍🏻

ОтветитьThat 48' is fantastic. Love how we couldn't hear a thing the doodlebug guy was saying with the exhaust pipe right there.
ОтветитьLove the sound of a screaming jimmy

ОтветитьSome cool trucks and sounds. Loved the Ford and its owner.
ОтветитьThis is my dream truck over here in the UK, I would love to do something like this. These old COE's are beautiful.
ОтветитьWhat kind of mileage would that diesel get in that Chevy truck?
ОтветитьSweet man....
ОтветитьDam, your bench is still clean! 😂 wish mine was.
ОтветитьKeep all your lame cummins ill take a sweet sounding detroit diesel anyday❤❤
ОтветитьLooks like somthing merlin has build 💪
ОтветитьStand with Ukraine wayno
ОтветитьMany would not recognise Ray Yoxall's TORO golf course tractor that he resurrected , and rerpowered with a 4-53 Detroit, using a few of my parts to trim it out like a factory installation from the '40s era . It is a working tractor , being a people moover at the Kuhnle uphill drag events and geauga county fair pulling shuttle wagons .
ОтветитьI watched my neighbor, Don, Nick and Carl Schaub construct the '48 Ford C cab for several years, when they needed air for transmission shift, train horns and misc., I donated that TU-Flo 400 BW compressor with exposed unloader valves, that was on the 64 CHev-C-65 HD 4-53N engine that I ran in my conversion for 11 years. Nick has been honing his driver skills for years with everything that had an engine !
ОтветитьHELL YEAH DRIV,AH 😎🤙🏻
Ответитьthis whole vid put a massive smile on my face, awsome !!!!!
ОтветитьExcellent video
Ответить🎵Ya Gotta Lose Your Mind in Detroit Rock City""🎵🎸
ОтветитьThat bunk going on the pete?
ОтветитьThat's not anything. 5% off
Why don't you add a zero
50% off would be a little more respectable
