Yep there's no difference in America. You have to pass a part 107 exam from the FAA, just to get permission to fly commercially. Then you have to look at your sectional chart to see if you have to get special permission to fly over the exact locations you are flying. Once you get all these licenses and permissions to fly, the cops mess with you when they have no authority over drones. The FAA is the AIR POLICE. So you got to teach them drone rules At the very least of once every week...sometimes a lot more than that. It's like they are doing their best to get you to quit drones, but if not they want 175 dollars just to get the 107 exam.

I just went through that in the States, and you can tell when you're talking to someone who decided to go through the course vs. the one who didn't or even have a clue what it's about. I fly a drone in New Zealand it's quite a big one it's a fisherman Max the rules in Canada suck they're actually killing people's hobbies by making such rules like that in New Zealand I don't need to have a pilot licence unless it's going to be commercially used still again there are regulations to follow but not as ridiculous as Canada

I just want to let everyone know. You can fly your drones anywhere now in the U.S. because our stupid government won't have a clue 🫡🤣

Well USA you just have to register for free through trust the FAA website and no limit to wrong answers till you get it right for just recreational use only.

And if your wanting to make money with your drone you have to take the part 107 test. You have to pay 100 something for it and if you fail you have to pay the same price and take it again till you pass. Pilot institute has an app they are associated with FAA approved by the FAA to do schooling they have allot of free stuff well probably 2 or 3 different courses you can take. But great price for some.

They have courses to help you study to pass your part 107 .

So check out pilot institue you won't regret it I'm just not right now doing it but for information right now later I may plan bigger goals for business later.

I think it may be something that you can look into people all over the world. Does it even Canada? I don't know if you heard of it yet. Anyone can do it. Just an online courses apps and then just take the part 107 on the FAA website
