The other houses only getting letters after the broadus family bought the house and started moving in is extremely suspicious, if anything it points towards them doing it even more imo.

I love the idea of Shane being “a child that wanders” as if he was a cat that sometimes just disappeared for a few days lmao. “Honey, did you put Shane out last night? Haven’t seen him all day”

Am I the only person who thinks all of the puns in the shark arm case are hilarious 🤣

I'd say the hell with the watcher, the punk who's even sending the letters are not much of a man if they are to afraid to give a return address

When you bring children into it that person needs to be smart enough to know those are killing words and as far as I'm concerned once the person is finally found there wouldn't be any talking just a murder taking place

This case is easy to solve, check who has family ties for three generations there, grandson, farther, grandfarther, case solved, their cant be to many people that live eye sight distance away from that house, that had their farther and grandfarther that lived in that neighborhood for all three generations, you dont need to be a detective to find that out, just write down the homes addresses around it, around the one for sale and check tax records, case solved
