I would let Aaron or Nicole bring those entrees out. So they have a real reason to be annoyed.

Server is 100% in the wrong. They clearly just didn't want their apps 30 seconds before the entree. They definitely didn't want entrees 35+ minutes after their apps. 😂

People expect their apps to come out 5-10 minutes before entrees.

Best way to do it is send the food in after they get their appetizers. Most of the time the food comes out after theyve finished the apps.

I'm siding with the customers on this, i've worked customer service for a long long time and that "know what your doing comment" was deserved lol. If you asked for a little time between courses and they say they know what they doing, and after half a hour they dont speak to you at all like "is 15-20min enough time for you?" but instead assuming everything not starting it for half hour even I who's super patient would be getting hangry.

Wait, the customers are correct here. They wanted to order later so they could control when they recieved their food. Its the servers fault for pushing their preference on serving when if he followed the customers insistence, it would have been fine.

Now if they complained after 5-10 minutes totally get it. That’s not on Brad. But apps should not be coming out 40 minutes before the entree. Brad should know better and they should have started cooking the chicken the second those apps were done depending on how long it takes to cook. 15 minutes after apps tops to get those entrees out.
