Introducing ZHIYUN WEEBILL 2

Zhiyun Weebill 2 gimbal is not turning on after 5 months of non-use, but when it is plugged in for charging, it charges, even after that it is not turning on, and next that puted on charge, again but not turn on at all ! Please advise me how to solve the problem, so that it can turn on for work. Please help ! (The warranty period has already expired).

I bought weebill 2 pro+ and I received it without masterEye visual controller. Do you have boxing product of weebill 2 pro + with masterEye written in the box outside?

Just got one and although I've heard very good things mine is bricked from the start. Won't charge and apparently a lot of peeps are having the same issue. I should do a video on Not To Get This Unit in 2023.

I wonder if I am the only one having problems with Zhiyun Gimbal. I have a weebill 2 which jitters halfway during my shoot. Even when I was just filming static shots. The gimbal will suddenly jitters and I have to tilt the gimbal slightly and it stop. I am quite sure I have it balance correctly as I had communicated with zhiyun service center thru their online chat, sent multiple videos of my balancing, including attaching lens support to the front to prevent resonance. However, it still jitters and it had become worse. Zhiyun finally admitted that something is wrong with my gimbal. However, the problem now that I am facing is that the service center in Singapore is not responding. It is frustrating that after purchasing a gimbal, I spent more time troubleshooting the gimbal than using it. And if it takes a few months for them to troubleshoot my gimbal since I have to sent it back, I am wasting my time and money to purchase a faulty gimbal. It make no sense to purchase a zhiyun gimbal and then purchase another gimbal so that I can carry on shooting while my zhiyun weebill 2 is sent back for troubleshooting. I would NOT recommend any consumers to purchase any zhiyun gimbal on the fact that the service is not good enough and you will be wasting your time and money. ( not so much o the product itself as I believe some of you may have good experience while using it. Sad to say, when I bought a brand new gimbal, it is faulty and the troubleshoot process is horrible. I feel that I have bcome a zhiyun technician.

Its not better placed focus wheel bro, i use blackmagic on my weebill s and i can easily use with 2hand hold via thumps 👍 but its totally impossible to use with 2 hand operate. I had to remove 1 hand from gimbal to use focus wheel now. Maaaan, cameras are heavy with trinklets. I dont want to use it with 1 hand. If you placed focus wheel at old position i will order this beauty in release day instantly. But now. I will never buy it

Just got mine! Screen does not turn on and gimbal turns off after 10 seconds of being on making firmware update impossible through Bluetooth. Mac drivers and updates also are .exe making it impossible to fix. Guess I got a dud, which after paying for shipping and duties is frustrating to say the least.

However I have to say Going from 12 hour interchangeable battery in the weebill s to a 9 hour built in is a major step backwards. Removable batteries were the reason i chose the weebill over the DJI, so its a shame to see that removed.

Can you please work on the app? Make it more beginner-friendly and less glitchy. I was looking at a few reviews and that's 2 of the main issues with the last one.

You guys really know how to capture the fancy by really outdoing yourselves with each new iteration. Hopefully this time the wireless video system is foolproof but bravo for once again breaking the mould. Great work!
