ОтветитьAs for the alarm, you could use your apple watch as alarm, so it doesn't wake up your husband. My watch just vibrates on my arm so it's silent and doesn't bother anyone (also makes me wake up easier)
ОтветитьMaya☺️ , what was the cushion foundation you used in the beginning?
Ответить❤❤
ОтветитьI use an apple watch when i need to wake up earlier than my husband. It just buzzes my wrist, vs making a sound, so I am less likely to wake him.
ОтветитьWhat time do you go to bed?
ОтветитьNo thank you. No to 5am.
ОтветитьRemember, YOU are female, of different age — there are limitations to his studies.
ОтветитьThe only thing I have to say, is that your squats seem to be a little too deep. I’m gonna workout class right now for school and I was doing the same thing literally today and my professor was like don’t do that you need to do a full squat, not an Asian squat. It has to do with what muscles are being activated and deactivated in that motion. Other than that I’m definitely gonna try this routine. I already get up at like six so waking up 30 more minutes isn’t a big deal for me.
ОтветитьThe cold shower thing only has to be for like 30sec to a minute I think it doesn't have to be the whole time
ОтветитьWhen she said "I'm alive, I made it..." 😂 Cold showers are tough at first but the results are positive.
ОтветитьPeople with certain conditions can't do intermittent fasting or drink more sodium. Please ask ur doctor before do changes on ur diet. :)
ОтветитьI love it!
ОтветитьMe: I should try this, I need a boost in productivity.
Me, Looking at Clock: Oh, it's 2:30 a.m. Not sure 2.5 hours of sleep will be enough. Huh. There's probably a connection there.
The fact that Huberman has credentials means about zip. Anyone can earn a degree by attending school. He is still just hawking his version of how to be 'whatever' junk. Do you no think if this was the 'perfect' way to be 'productive' humans would have figured this out centuries ago? I, personally, am very tired of the whole uber fit, special diet, special routine crappola that everyone seems to think you have to do be the 'prefect' you. It's all nonsense. And did you all know that Huberman himself does NOT follow his own routine? He has long been caught 'sleeping in', SMOKING, etc. To be productive looks different to each person. You don't need to follow some grifter's routine to be productive.
ОтветитьNone of that adds up to a productive day!
ОтветитьThe cold shower thing…. It doesn’t have to be the whole shower. You can alternate every 20-30 sec between warm and cool water, and or finish of with a cold rinse at the end to boost your circulation
ОтветитьI've took cold showers for 8 months or so, before winter came :')
Planning on starting again once it gets warmer.
The thing about dopamine: it doesn't rise because the shower feels nice, it rises because the body enters the fight or flight mode, cuz it thinks you are in danger and releases noradrenaline (huberman talks about that bit i think), and you don't have to shower with ice cold water to trigger that response! It just have to be cold enough to be unconfortable. At some point someone told me it have to be at least 10°C below your normal temperature at the moment or so. When I got used to it, I showered with ice cold water in summer, but in autumn it had to be hotter because it was getting cold outside and I'm sensitive to low tenperatures. It was stil cold water. I'm just sating that the tenperature i was using had to adapt with my circumstances.
It's just have to be unconfortable enough to trigger the noradrenaline to be released.
The moment you said "read my bible", i instantly liked and subbed! ❤❤❤
ОтветитьI understand why I feel happier living in Brazil...I take cold shower at least two times a day (its really hot) and I am exposure to sun really early (5am here its already day) I sometimes go to the beach at 7am before going to work
Ответитьwhat if our water is never as cold? it's cool but not enough to dread taking a bath in the mornings.
ОтветитьI have always woken up at the time I intended to, no need for me to have an alarm, and also I have mastered the art of not waking up to his alarm, he wakes up at 3:30am and I wake at 6am. even when he kisses me goodbye I dont wake up, I just see it in the CCTV when I review it.
ОтветитьThis video needs a disclaimer. Do not watch near your Google Device(s) You've turned off my lights and set an alarm so far 😂😂😂
ОтветитьSeeing you reading Jerry Bridges made me subscribe!
ОтветитьHusband? Husband! Husband, I'm ready!! 💗🤭🥹 it's so cute
ОтветитьMaybe the dopamine is from being out of the shower lol 😅 I don't know. One reason I stopped doing coldish showers occasionally was I was dreading it and needed happy things 😂
ОтветитьI had no other option but take cold showers every morning in Guatemala for two months 😅 the best thing about it is my skin got super glowy and clean!!
ОтветитьHuberman's routine doesn't really work for people that have to go into an office with regular hours or for people who need to get kids ready for school or daycare.
ОтветитьThe other benefits of a cold shower is it boosts stem cell production. That said, I don't usually look forward to a cold shower either lol.
ОтветитьDopamine does not always equals bad addiction. Normal levels of dopamine also keep our moods stable.
Ответитьgreat video!
ОтветитьWow… that’s a very long morning routine.
ОтветитьI believe the delay in eating was for fat loss. So you probably don't have to do it if you have low fat, or may be only 30-45 days a year?
ОтветитьI had to stop watching at the swallowing noises🥴🥴
ОтветитьHello from Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Magnesium citrate powder is the best thing that can happen to you. I had severe anxiety and panic attacks and thanks to magnesium my life changed. I recommend that you try it in powder form because the body absorbs it better❤God Bless❤
Ответитьby 7:30am i was already sleepy for them XD i am not gonna survive this
ОтветитьI’m definitely gonna try that egg recipe!
ОтветитьWhen I grow up... I want to be just like Andrew HUberman hahahaah... what a G! ;) No but... I think they should have known. Not into claiming exclusivity then lying. The service all of that ...erm... anyway. Definitely getting his cardio in!
ОтветитьYeah… do not start this video in public it sounded so bad in the first few seconds
ОтветитьI have never said “okay google, stop” without aggressive undertones 😂 maybe I should be nicer …
ОтветитьEvery time you talked to Google, you opened my Google assistant on my phone 😅
Ответитьhi! longtime viewer and longtime cold shower taker haha! i just wanted to pop in and say my two cents! 1) i find the cold showers are SO MUCH EASIER if you do them right after a workout. so you're all warm and sweaty and the cold shower is (a little) less painful. 2) i think the dopamine rise is from the delayed gratification! for instance, going on social media boosts my dopamine but a get a bigger and longer boost from completing a hard task. it doesn't make me WANT to complete more hard tasks (i am a BIG TIME procrastinator) but i can feel that the dopamine release from completing a difficult thing is bigger than a short term thing. no idea if this is 100% science backed but maybe it helps you! love your videos and always happy to see you grow!!!
ОтветитьI love a nice cup of coffee to start my day, but I've noticed I get thirsty in the mornings and will drink something cold which is normally something unhealthy. It's worse in the summer. I'll start drinking some water before getting coffee.
Ответитьwhy you make his routine; he made him for him, it's not for everybody same good!
ОтветитьI just swallow uncoated NaCl FTIR windows ✨
ОтветитьWould you try cold showers every day? ☠️🥶
