Elkin Gym Ribbon Cutting

On August 20, 2021, Elkin City School district leaders, school administration, board members, teachers, students, staff and community members joined together to officially break ground for the new gym project complex expanding the existing gym site, built in 1962.

Now, almost three years later, a vision has transformed, and hard work has paid off. So many people are responsible for this vision and for making it a reality, bringing a wave of excitement and pride to our school community.
