Angel clearly followed the rules. But unfortunely Angel found why for drops players always call in rules officials. When in doubt blame somebody else for breaking the rules. Nelly Korda is still 4 shots behind. I think the officials were looking for a reason to bring Nelly closer. I think that even par first round costs Nelly.
