I love and use SnagIt every day.  Unfortunately, the screen recording is always too light.  I have adjusted the computer lighting but it still doesn't work.  If I share it with Camtasia, the lighting corrects and it's perfect.  Then what's the point in using SnagIt?  In fact, Jing works better.  Can someone give me a solution.  The convenience of SnagIt in the video would be excellent since it is always open on my desk top.
