Let’s be honest. The dragon ball villains are just leagues above the rest in terms of villainy. They blow up planets which can inhabit billions of people and life. I love light Yagami but a cereal killer with a journal does not touch the likes of what Frieza, Broly and goku black has done. I would argue cell didn’t really kill that many people compared to the rest.
