New DYMAX Rail Handler

Since 2009, DYMAX Rail Handlers have been put to work making rail handling operations safer and more efficient.  The newly developed Rail Handler GT now delivers more flexibility in nearly all rail handling operations and allows customers more options for fitting to a grapple truck, backhoe loader or hydraulic excavator.

Each Rail Handler GT features 360° rotation and two positive lock rail clamps that secure rail of all sizes and lengths up to 50 feet.  

Its compact design provides ease of transport and storage.  The quick multi-adjust positioning provides near perfect balance when handling various rail lengths. When offsetting the center rotator, operators can now safely handle Insulated Joints (IJ's) and lift them to and from trucks and gondolas in level position.  

Use the DYMAX Rail Handler GT to unload and place rail that is stacked side by side in a gondola, material yard or truck. You can also place and hold rail for welding or placing tie bars.  

Available for all makes and models of excavators, backhoe loaders and grapple trucks.
