Glad is not the same boring list of Hollow Knight/ Bloodstain/ Lillie/ Salt and sanctuary/ Ori/ blasphemous (as if those are the only good Metrodvania existed)
Btw Death Gambit afterlife probably has the best plot i've seen in a Metrodvania genre.
