ОтветитьI dont understand. I studied at osteopathic school the the fascia has a tissotropic property so if we stretch it like so it will become more rigid. I knew that we have to mobilize it very slowly 😐🤔🤔🤔🤔
ОтветитьSuper interesting exercises. Thank you
ОтветитьCan I do this in mild fever?
ОтветитьCan you please comment on safety re osteoporosis? For instance, your squat position near the end appears to include a forward flexion which is contraindicated for osteoporosis. Do you offer modifications?

ОтветитьI started this yesterday so today will be my second day, is it normal that my whole upper body aches like I’ve worked out?
ОтветитьWhat if you don’t have the balance to stay with legs crossed?
ОтветитьAmazing feeling! Thank you so much!
ОтветитьOk, I have to ask, what’s the science behind the specifics in this stuff? I fully understand that the movement releases fascia and all that good stuff Gary talks about, but what exactly does the tongue and thumb stuff do? I’m just curious. I plan to try it regardless because why not? It can’t hurt. I just struggle to really commit to things unless I know exactly why I’m doing said things. It’s just how my brain works.
ОтветитьDo you have any videos on stretching? I potentially suffered neural damage, or it's just ptsd. I don't know. But my body's been messed up for a couple of years. I did sone stretching, laying on a big medicine ball, reaching back and twisting the torso holding a stick in my hands. Something clicked. I felt like pre-trauma, my body was balanced and buzzing with life force. I felt like 18 again (I'm 30, but I've been feeling like 70 the last couple of years). It lasted for like 5 minutes. Didn't work the second time...
ОтветитьWould you please do a quieter and quicker follow along version for those who know it to follow daily with leas talking, perhaps no talking and bell sound to show when to change the move. In the morning I need quiet and peaceful and Im sure Im not the oly one. I love the moves you teach but need quiet in the mornings. ❤🙏🏼
ОтветитьIs this exercise safe for pregnant women?
ОтветитьThanks, that exactly what I was searching about. I am just not sure, what exactly you doing when you put the thumb into your mouth :) Can you explain?

ОтветитьImpossible I cannot pose my feet like that = I know it's my backoperation gone wrong in 1996 till now ; can I do that on a chair
ОтветитьAnyone get benefits from this in hypothyroidism?

ОтветитьMy experience. Hard to maintain my balance and I got super dizzy and I had to lower myself to the floor a couple of times. So what does this mean?
ОтветитьAhhhhhhmazing! After learning this with the 45-minute version, this is amazing. Allows me to get in and get out and motivates me to do it morning and night! Thank you!!!!
ОтветитьIs it normal for my body / bones to pop in during the walk? It was as if my breast bone popped twice.
ОтветитьThis was so interesting. Would this work well with a somatics practice to help relax muscles?
Ответить❤
ОтветитьThanks....
ОтветитьCannot thank you enough for this. I am on my third day of doing the stress reset and I feel so light and positive. Thanks thanks thanks❤
ОтветитьHi, could you clarify the pallet swipe technique? Are you literally placing your thumb in your mouth and swiping it across the top of your gums? Looking forward to your response, thanks!
Ответить@HumanGarage, is there anyhow a possibility to subtitle it in German?
ОтветитьThe allusive three movements?
ОтветитьThis is great. I can only do it for a few minutes right now. My fascia is very tight, especially around my hips and abdomen. I will work my way up to a full session. Thank you! New subscriber.
ОтветитьI'm so grateful for you! Thank you!!
ОтветитьI’ve been exploring the Stress Reset routine and find the concept really interesting. However, the spinal pelvic lock creates more tension for me rather than releasing it. The abdominal engagement interferes with my ability to breathe deeply during the exercises. Would the routine still be effective if I skip the spinal pelvic lock altogether? Or is there a gentler modification you recommend for people who experience added stress or difficulty with breath when engaging the lock?
ОтветитьI have poor range of motion on my left arm/elbow/shoulder due to an injury/surgery. Can I still get a benefit if I currently can’t do the movements exactly as shown?
