So say if u had it for 6 months and u revoke it for 6 month,do that make ur authority a year old when u reinstate it???

how are you doing, if you got insurance after 21 days your authority will active?

What about if they suspend my MC for 30 days because I didn’t do the safety audit on time and after 30 days I didn’t fix it yet , what can I do to get my MC back

If any of you guys started the process and didn't get insurance within 90 days and your authority got dismissed, DO NOT pay those companies x amount of dollars to get your authority UNDISMISSED once u get insurance. Its no charge if it falls within a year.

My Authority was Out of Business, however brokers are treating it as a new Authority 😢

So in other words since we paid the reinstatement fee our Authority wasn't supposed to start over? 🤦‍♀️ They screwed us but we calling Monday so they can fix this era.

Hi every one the company with 2 years experience transferred to my name the FMCSA gave me new USDOT# but 3 days ago FMCSA attached the New USADOT with old MC# but now my company status shows not authorized but FMCSA didn't inform me why. now it shows inactive I am cafuose it could be the old Insurance with old USDOT. If I get New insurance some people say your company is inactive if you activate it. it will show new to brockers they won't give you load they treated you like new carrier your past 2 years experience not visible to them .please advice me is this correct?

So I was changing insurances because my lease company doesn’t except progressive. The insurance broker took too long and thrrr was a 2 week insurance clapse. We been in business for 2 years n now after i reactivated my authority it shows 1 week old. Fml

Be aware. Brokers still only look at your REINSTATEMENT date too book loads. They don’t care when the authority was created !!

My MC just went inactive apparently coz I didn’t file a biennial MC 150, according to my new insurance agent. It could also be that I decided to switch insurance providers as the previous one was just too expensive and useless.
That being said, I thought I would have to go back to the beginning but it sounds like I might just be able to pick up where I left off.
Pray for me guys I find out in the morning….. 😔 not gonna lie it’s been a long 6 months

Awesome I’m wondering I moved to Florida and I’m no longer gonna be driving track and trailer. I’m actually getting ready to get into Uber Black or Chauffeur driving which requires me to have a commercial insurance so would you say I should do a new authority or should I just change the name of mine?
