ОтветитьThat is some serious sweat coach my goodness
Ответитьnice
ОтветитьWow,
ОтветитьIf anyone has a chance to go train at this gym, I recommend that you do so. I was there (for only a day unfortunately) while I was in LA in December, and learned so much from just one session. Hope to visit the gym again next December.
ОтветитьSeth rogen knows how to grapple?
ОтветитьThe amount of techniques, counters, and variations (if this, than do that) are top tier.
Ответитьthis is gonna work great😄, thanks! My gf does bjj and loves to pounce on me and grapple with me (I have no experience) so i'll see if this gets me out of an attack😉
ОтветитьCoach, coach, coach, preach, preach ! Awesome, yes we want that snap down :-)
ОтветитьThank you sir
ОтветитьClub Dig....Fantastic details. It opens my understanding of the purpose for the technique. 👍🏾
ОтветитьI've been needing this, I love takedowns that don't involve shooting in with little to no prior setups. I always get sprawled on because I suck at setting up a shot as my first option, but if I go on the attack with something like arm drags, throw by's, duck under's, etc, my shots are infinitely more successful. The problem is, I haven't had a good explanation as to how to set up a proper throw by yet.
ОтветитьDude I have been thinking a ton lately about the fact that we sometimes get trained to be compliant like this simply by being a friendly training partner. Realistically that’s a super bad habit. I wonder if we can very intentionally train to have 2 modes - drilling/compliance mode and fight mode. That way you don’t end up just going down because that’s what you practiced in an inappropriate situation. Love that point that you highlight there at the end!!! Osss.
Ответить5🌟
ОтветитьI need to drill asap, THX so much for sharing
ОтветитьForehead frame to biceps looks like a very intriguing detail, I'll definitely have to play with it. Thanks for sharing!
Would you say it prevents/stifles a snap down? I'd guess probably not entirely, if partner brings his entire upper body towards the floor, but should require a lot more effort and risk than without the forehead framing on biceps.
I like use Headlock Pinch when wrestling in this position. Locking my grip gives that extra leverage I need against younger guys with more raw power.
Ответитьso many jewels on this channel
Ответитьthanks coach
ОтветитьGenius! Thank you for sharing this information Coach Brian!
ОтветитьI love this channel, I've been grappling for two years and never saw an entry into this that seems this effective
ОтветитьThank you again coach USS!!
ОтветитьCan you go over the arm motion? I'm having trouble with this for the throw by
ОтветитьThis is pure gold! Thank you very much!
ОтветитьSo good, so detailed.
ОтветитьThe end!! The end was SO GOOD!! Don't volunteer going to the ground. To make each other better, we have to be better. GREAT stuff, always Coach. 👏
ОтветитьLove that forehead to bicep technique. Never saw that before. I usually use the shoulder shrug while stepping in sideways technique which puts a lot of pressure on their shoulder. Learned that from Gokor Chvichian years ago but I also like this technique.
ОтветитьI love it! I've been using a pinch headlock throw by like this but was missing some details
ОтветитьI keep learning from you professor, thank you! If you ever come to Asia, pls come visit us in Hong Kong 🇭🇰🙏🏽
@shbjjhk
This guy has a packed gym, and most are wearing that spiffy red uniform.
Ответить« YOU DONT HAVE TO FALL!!! » two stripe white belt here and that hit me hard…. I think I’ve allowed that "good training partner " mindset to hinder me.
I ain’t falling down NO MORE
Thats gold!
ОтветитьWhere is your gym located?
ОтветитьGreat information with attending demonstration. Liked and Subscribed.
