Wow I never knew....I wore my Trump 2024 hat and no one said a word to me. About my hat. My whole county voted red here in Northern Maine

I voted in Dayton Ohio (for the felon), but there were dozens of people handing out political pamphlet's just outside the doors to the building, both sides were present, many voters were wearing their MAGA hats and T-Shirts, no one discouraged any of it, except for the pansy wearing the Palestinian flag as a cape, plenty of people told him (or her, they looked soft as baby shit) to take it off or leave, otherwise yeah, plenty of electioneering taking place in Ohio.

Any law that violates the Constitution is unlawful and you are not bound to follow it, Know your right, more importantly………. What a Right actually is.

I walked in with a patch that says "Make Taxation Theft Again". No one said anything at the voting place. It's not a political slogan; it's a matter regarding my finances and everyone elses'. If people don't believe that my taxes being used poorly and irresponsibly is not a waste and whatnot, look up how CA uses taxdollars to solve alcoholics by giving alcohol to them; about $5 mil each year.

I now live just south of Bastrop. Wouldn’t think it would happen there but the city is growing.

The whole explanation to me, shirts like yours, and many of mine, might intimidate some voters. They almost really want you to wear plain shirts. My NRA shirt and hat are not allowed. The only thing I can think about that shirt is the "woke" thing.

I am very worried about Trump. He need to fix the security around him right away. May God keep Trump and his family safe.

My wife wore one of her Trump shirts when we went to vote, early in Florida. All we got was love. Maybe all of the Commies for Kamala were just waiting to vote some other time.

They claim it's intimidation if a bunch of people for one party display their affiliation with clothing and such, but I'd argue it's even greater intimidation/coercion when the people holding your ballot gang up to violate your 1st amendment by telling you what to or not to wear while voting. These fucking Fudds can fuck right off. Their job is to ensure I'm a legal citizen of that county, that I am who I say I am, and then hand me my fucking ballot and leave me the hell alone thereafter.

Election eering is bs. The libs in front of me voting had to look up of it was legal to wear Trump shirts since a couple came out wearing them. I thought to myself thats bull! Its freedom of speech and no one, no one should be allowed to tell you what to wear. They didn't question all the blue signs out front the building, that would be the same thing!

I think honestly, the reason that electioneering was put in place to keep people from clogging up the doors at election sites. People would park vehicles, run fire trucks, garbage trucks, etc. in front of doors to where people had to climb in open windows to go vote. I believe that law put a stop to that type of semantic, reach arounds.

Technically, they are right and you are wrong. Moreover, if you look at the history of electioneering, I'm absolutely positive you' ll see and agree the reasons behind those rules are valid.

When I voted in the 2016 election, they asked me if I was voting democrat or republican and they divided us by that way.
This was in Fate Texas.

I had a discussion about this with my mom how is very Democratic. There was a video I saw where a guy was wearing a “make America great again” hat they made him take it off to vote and I thought that was bs. Like you I’m like that’s going against our conversational rights. The thing that made me laugh in the video is that people where wearing their covid masks and I knew instantly who they where voting for. My mom said it’s to protect people and to make them feel safe. She thinks DT is the devil but I disagreed and said that’s bull because it’s no different then someone wearing a hat with their favorite football team.

This is why I didn’t wear my MAGA HAT! I went to vote with no political attire but because we register as R or D in Florida and a database reflects that, i was immediately given a hard time. Still got to vote but dang!

We voted early and Mom and I wore our Trump hats (with me wearing one of those reflective work vests as well)--they didn't have any issue with it until we were almost in the voting booth and then it was "no take that off."
Me: "Is someone going to be in the voting booth with me?"
There was a whole argument involving me, Mom, and two booth people, with not another voter in sight--there was no one to influence, and if they were going to change their minds at the 11th hour because of a hat then their convictions weren't that strong to begin with.
It's like how in 2020 they wanted to pitch a fit over Mom not having a mask, to which she fires back "I KNOW you're not telling me I can't vote." They quickly changed their tunes.

It's petty nonsense that comes from people being told that if they have this power they can mistreat others; don't give ground, they don't know what to do then.

Its just common sense that the left is woke and the rest are awake.

I agree that it was a stretch for her to call you out for electioneering, but I do generally appreciate the law against it. After the months of ad campaigns and spin, you go into a purely unbiased place to exercise your right to vote. My wife and I voted for Harris here in NYC - waiting in line she started talking about some local ballot proposals, I told her that's a no no. It's illegal in all 50 states, which you don't see often these days.

Think of all the upset dead ppl that voted Harris. And the illegals. And the Martians too! All upset.
