The problem with In N Out is that there is nothing "in and out" about them. I've never been in one where it didn't take at least 10-15 minutes to get my order, even if I didn't have to wait in line for 5 minutes to give my order.

Fallon was great at SNL but he sucks as a late night host. I'm sure that my opinion isn't shared by most because he is still on TV, years later... But he doesn't have the magic of Seth Meyers or Kimmel, or even that of Colbert or John Stewart. I think he is only popular because he was once popular and is thought of as funny, without actually being funny or right for the role of the host. He is a good warm-up act but not the main act. Again, who care about what I think?
