terribly ,I read the driver was basically overworked ,I think many of us have had this 5 second sleep mode,you have been up since 4am you have worked till 8 pm eaten possibly a sandwich for lunch ,on your way home and suddenly wow ,pull over at the next chance and have a nap,I remember working down south England and after the week was done (12 hour shifts ! 5 days) was driving back to Manchester and there was this one time I just could not remeber driving through Spaghetti Junction,Birmingham,,I just sort of ,came sort of back to life and I was on the M62!

This happens in different countries. In Turkey and in Thailand

The question is, why is the driver continuously pushing the gas pedal? If breaks wouldn´t work, or the driver fell asleep etc, you don´t go on pushing that gas pedal with your foot! But for some reason, the driver´s foot did go on pushing that gas pedal with full capacity. If he didn´t, the bus would have gradually slowed down but it apparently even did speed up just before crossing the bridge´s fence. How come?
