Question for those in Northern Ireland!!
This music is VERY similar to what's found in America's Appalachian mountains, and a great number of Ulster Scots/Scots-Irish came from Northern Ireland to that region. As they were Presbyterians back in the 1700s, but now tend to be more pentecostal/charismatic or holiness type Christians, my question is "Are most Northern Irish that would be in this video Presbyterian? And if so, are most Presbyterian churches in Northern Ireland this...exuberant/charismatic?" Presbyterians here in the southern Appalachian states (GA, SC, NC, TN, VA, WV) are much more reserved and stoic.
Working on a doctorate trying to figure out why descendants of Ulster Scots in America are no longer Presbyterian. The music's similar, the "undignified" worship is similar, so, are Northern Irish today Presbyterian, or are they something else (like their American cousins).
Side question, prefer to be seen as Irish? Or Scottish? to what degree is Scottish heritage prized? Or in spirit of unity, is it more Irish that's celebrated?

I can't wait to get undignified with Jesus and Rend Collective in heaven. What I love about Rend Collective is that their passion burns to bring the truth to youth everywhere. While there is so much false Christianity in CCM the light burns so brightly whenever and wherever RC is performing. I'm very saddened that RC is playing here in Portland, OR but I'm unemployed and can't afford the tickets. I would love to take my kids. I can only imagine the intensity at the concert. Lord please bind Satan's hand tonight and bless RC and those in attendance and may many have the seed planted and come to know you in rebirth.
