Climate Action Studio COP23: Jane Ellis, OECD´s Climate Change Expert Group

OECD works with Parties through provision of policy recommendations and organizations of consultations with Parties and non-Party stakeholders to improve dialogue and identify areas of convergence, which is a useful way forward for the negotiation. One of the key action is decarbonizing electricity sector through renewables as all countries have this sector.
