Join me on a quick tour of one of the best places to stay in Portland, Oregon -- the new Ritz Hotel and Residences in downtown. As you'll see, it's quite the glass skyscraper with 35-stories, 251 hotel rooms and 132 private residences. It opened in October, 2023. Check out the beautiful spa, lap pool and views of Mount Hood, Mount Saint Helens and Mount Adams on a clear day.

Two additional best places to stay in Portland, Oregon are The Nines and the historic Heathman Hotel. I ate dinner at the rooftop Departure Restaurant in The Nines Hotel. Great food, excellent service and an amazing view.
