Doctor who make 1 lakh per day owns a hospital where expenses are too much which reduces his inhand income 3 to 4 lakh per month even if he hire 4-5 doctors like neurosurgery, radiology, dermatology, etc still his income will not cross 7-8 lakh per month. Also take investment cost since such high revenue hospital are always found in a city where land cost is too much. Already wealthy individuals can do this in one life. You need to born with silver spoon to make this much only generational doctors can make this much
Also owning a hospital means 24×7 stress and work even if you are rich you are the owner so to take responsibility.

I work in cardiology and know more or less around 40-50 cardiologists, only 6-7 of them earn more than 1 crore a year, and none of them 1 lakh a day. The best among them earn 20-25 lakh a month, and he's in his early 50s, has private practice, and owns a clinic.
Those that earn more definitely own hospitals/hige nursing homes, and at that point you are not a doctor,but a businessman.

You need passion.
Passion for money is not enough.

हे जे तुम्ही इन्कम कडे पाहता, त्यामुळे सामान्य माणसाचे लाखो रुपये खर्च होऊन, मृत्यू होत आहे. माझ्या पाहण्यात एक केस आली. Dr ने पेशंट ला diuretic औषध दिले होते. त्यामुळे मॅग्नेशियम कमी होऊन, त्यांचा पाय सुजला. Cellulitis झाला. त्यासाठी dr ने पायास मॅग्नेशियम सल्फेट ची पावडर लावली व अँटिबायोटिक chya गोळ्या लिहून दिल्या. येथे खरी मेख आहे. Dr ने पेशंट ला thyroide check करण्यास सांगितले, तसेच हृदयाची तपासणी सांगितली. हे तिन्ही पण मॅग्नेशियम chya कमतरतेचा परिणाम असतो. परंतु dr ला पैसै कमवायचे असल्यामुळे मॅग्नेशियम लिहून दिले नाही. आता शेतकरी आत्महत्येचा period संपला. Dr आत्महत्येचा period सुरू झाला आहे. गेल्या एका महिन्यात केवळ महाराष्ट्रात 3 drs नी आत्महत्या केल्या. कोणावरही कर्ज नव्हते.

Reality is ...ist u become cardiologist by age of 33 -34...then u work to gain experience ie 3-4 yrs..ie 38-40 age..then unless u hv ur own set up..u cant earn that much...and bcoz of these podcasts doctor are defamed..

Yea take one or two hyper rich doctors and give an impression that the majority of doctor community earns that way. Guys if money is your goal dont take this profession. And i say this not just from an ethical pov but bcs only a few doctors earn like that. Majority are middle income earning ppl and whose salary after 9-12 years of studies is almost equivalent to an assistant manager at a bank, or a fresher financial analyst or a group B govt job , which u can get after completing ur normal UG courses.
So if money is ur motive select a better profession where u can earn the same and around 8 years earlier
