He is going for the weakest people first - pensioners, people who have disabilities, mental health difficulties, and people who cannot work in general. What is he expecting to do when there are fewer and fewer jobs available due to closures since this party came into power

I worked in the Maritime industry among some others and saw more schemes come and go, the cost was astronomical dwarfing the benefit costs and all the time this was going on HMG was closing as much infrastructure as it could. it is virtually impossible to get PIP even now..... you have to be a slobbering, lame, deaf and dumb hobbler wearing thick glasses or totally blind and near deaf to get it ... not all disabilities can be seen as we all know. they should be making it more accessible and then you have to go through the indignity of 6 months checks to see if you still qualify .. it is hardly worth applying for now let alone if they mess around with it

That’s why I voted the tories out. I’m disabled. There is a stigma being on benefits, even for people who actually need them. We are all viewed as freeloading scum, which is a hurtful thing we put up with, because some of us do need them. Don’t worry though, my conscience is clear, I didn’t vote for labour.
