Community speaks out after woman accused of holding man captive for years

The former principal and neighbors of a man who authorities believe was being held captive by his stepmother for 20 years in Waterbury, Connecticut, are speaking out. Kimberly Sullivan was arrested and is facing charges including assault, kidnapping, and unlawful restriant. WVIT reports.
