I’m too lazy for clean lineart so here’s what I do instead

i personally love how art looks without the line art so i'm training myself to just go without the line art. am making the sketch with different colors. can't wait to see the end results of this

We have the same strategy, keep making random lines until you see it lol

I'm the fucking opposite LMAO. I LOVE line art. Like LOVE LOVE LOVE (probably because I have a huge appreciation for comics and that's what I was hugely influenced by. And I just cannot with rendering sometimes. I go through the ugly phase of rendering and I just die inside lmao.

Did u just color it straight on the same layer as the lineart or..?

But even though I hate line art I don’t really know how to make art without it, but your videos on this style really helped me organize my own process!
