2nt: Wall Sits (30s)
REST (10s)
3rd: Pushups (30s)
REST (10s)
4th: Crunches (30s)
REST (10s)
5th: Alternating Step-ups (30s)
REST (10s)
6th: Squats (30s)
REST (10s)
7th: Dips (30s)
REST (10s)
8th: Plank (30s)
REST (10s)
9th: High Knees (30s)
REST (10s)
10th: Lunges (30s)
REST (10s)
11th: Pushup to Plank (30s)
REST (10s)
12th: Side Plank (Each side 15s, total 30s)
Beginner Physical Level: Do this workout once (1 Rep)
Intermediate Physical Level: Do this workout twice in a row (2 Rep)
Advanced Physical Level: Do this workout thrice in a row (3 Reps)
Hardcore Physical Level: Do this workout 4 or more times in a row (4+ Reps)

30 seconds plank _20 twisting planks _ 30 bicycle crunches _20 side crunches 5. knee to elbow plank (30 seconds) 6. 25 hip raises/reverse crunches , 30 SEC RUSSION TWISTS 50 Jumping jacks 4-5 Pushups ( repeat 3x in one day and keep on doing it until you see results!) GOOD LUCK❤️ HOPE THIS HELPED💖

I'm on the jump rope dudes 4 week plan and i really recommend it for both men and women. It's manageable but so intense. I started seeing results after a week. I've tried a lot of other plans but they didn't do much. Using a jump/skipping rope means you burn fat faster. Good luck!
