Simple yoga

I have used Yolanda's wonderful posture routine for three years weekly. For me this is yoga as meditation, stretch and gentle exercise. If she lived in the US or the UK I would be studying with her in person. Thank you, Yolanda for making this available. My yoga introduction was as a teenage in NYC with S Satchitinanda when he taught in an apt on West End Avenue. Your instructions and the IYI classes (beginners level always for me) are a bit of heaven on Earth.

Hard to believe that when she first started out she couldn't even touch her toes, as she stated. Listening to her is very soothing, she has a very nice, calm tone of voice & she makes you feel you could really learn yoga just as she did.

I have the book and the DVD of this yoga practice with Yolanda! Good to also find it here on You Tube. I like it! and at the moment I am trying to do it every day.

I used the dvd for years before I lost it. I am so grateful to have found it here. No other practice has worked ad well for me.

being doing this for a while great cd do it everyday it takes alot of pain away in your body just do what u can dont go to deep if u cannot do it.I been doing this 4 years .alway go back to it really good cd for me.
