Smaywi oshxona dasturini bo'lishishni istayman .Muallifning kanali ham O' zbekistondan. Buyuinkanne Emma ning ta'riflari.
Kanalda tanlov o'tkazish va sovg'ani Boch ergo mixx 36460. Kosasindan mixer bilan joylashtiring. Sizing e'tiboringiz uchun katta rahmat.

Opa qo'lingiz dard ko'rmasin. Hop desangiz noningizni ko'rinishini o'zimda qilib ko'rsam, balki xaridorlarga yoqib qolar. Olloh sizga omadingizni bersin.

I have transcribed your recipe, what type of flour are you using? I thought all purpose.
here is my copy is it okay?

600 ml / 21 oz. / 580 gr warm whey from curd (can be milk or water)
Sugar 2 tbsp / 25 gr
Instant Yeast 1 tsp / 3.5 gr
Butter 110 gr (or margarine) melted
Tomato puree/paste 1 tsp (for color, but no matter)
Salt 1 tbsp / 14 gr
All Purpose Flour about 5-6 cups / 625 gr to 750 gr (to make a soft dough)

Egg wash
1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon Milk

Mix milk, sugar and yeast, sit for 5 minutes

Add all other ingredients to yeast mixture, knead 7 to 10 minutes.

Proof 90 minutes

Dump out the sticky dough on lightly floured surface.
Divide into six portions round and let rest covered for 5 to 10 minutes.

Shape as Uzbek style, see video, use stamps, make eight edge slices, pinch edges.

Place on parchment paper, rest 5 minutes covered, egg wash add sesame seeds
To petals and poppy seeds to center of bread.

Bake at 375F / 190C for 18 - 20 Minutes.

When done while still hot, brush lightly with oil or gee.
