here is my copy is it okay?
600 ml / 21 oz. / 580 gr warm whey from curd (can be milk or water)
Sugar 2 tbsp / 25 gr
Instant Yeast 1 tsp / 3.5 gr
Butter 110 gr (or margarine) melted
Tomato puree/paste 1 tsp (for color, but no matter)
Salt 1 tbsp / 14 gr
All Purpose Flour about 5-6 cups / 625 gr to 750 gr (to make a soft dough)
Egg wash
1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon Milk
Mix milk, sugar and yeast, sit for 5 minutes
Add all other ingredients to yeast mixture, knead 7 to 10 minutes.
Proof 90 minutes
Dump out the sticky dough on lightly floured surface.
Divide into six portions round and let rest covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
Shape as Uzbek style, see video, use stamps, make eight edge slices, pinch edges.
Place on parchment paper, rest 5 minutes covered, egg wash add sesame seeds
To petals and poppy seeds to center of bread.
Bake at 375F / 190C for 18 - 20 Minutes.
When done while still hot, brush lightly with oil or gee.
