I love 98/2 gas 2 percent oxygen for spray it wets in so well Also allowing you to achieve true spray at lower volts

Mig welders are way more productive than pretty much any other processe and no it's not as easy as you think if your in production it's the only way your gonna stay in business

I heard you on the Arcjunkies podcast. I am learning GMAW on my own, for autobody repair for a rusty car project . For now I just want to get good at sheetmetal up to 12 gauge or so. Right now I practice on 16 gauge. I have a Lincoln easy mig 140 with gas. It has a bit better drive mechanism than the 140 Mig pack.. It is going ok so far. I melt through the back a bit which I guess is not good. No holes at least.
