ОтветитьAwesome work 🤟🏻. I had thought about incorporating dips in to my training, after not doing them for so long, but they unfortunately aggravated my shoulders a bit when I did them 😥. I Might have to stick with close grip bench for triceps push exercises.

ОтветитьHei Didde, care at the shoulder intra rotation at the bottom part, i injured doing the exact same thing, leaning forward will put the shoulder in a way better position
