I agree with a lot of these points but I feel like the point about working out, “working out shows that you’re insecure and need to be big to feel good about themselves” is inaccurate in terms of the fact that it’s not a bad thing to do so. People usually workout because they like the feeling of it, but this doesn’t mean their confidence is predicated on their exterior. Yeah it for sure helps but I feel like you should be careful saying this because I think everyone should workout, they shouldn’t be stopped just because they think that others will see them as insecure for trying to lift weights.

At the very least you won't have to regret your own life. Go out fighting, not whimpering away like a coward through life. You got this! You are still breathing!
