The Offspring does not have engineer DNA, just because it looks like the engineer doesn't mean it has engineer DNA. The Offspring is just a hybrid of two, not three.

I have never made an audible noise of fear in a movie theater, and this thing managed to extract that from me. Seeing it a second time, it ain't as bad, but the intial shock I had seeing it for the first time is something I'm gonna remember.

Prometheus made Alien so much better in lore. I hope Predator gets this kind of attention and they cross paths again. Imagine Engineers vs Predator

I am actually fine with the black goo itself but what I highly dislike and refuse to believe is that the giant dead skeleton that the nostromo crew found in the derelict was a engineer! that skeleton was far far larger than an engineer and had a elephant looking trunk going from its head down its torso, i refuse to believe thats a exosuit!

How the hell is the engineers from the same root of life with the black goo?? it was confirmed in a early script draft of Prometheus that the substance the engineer at the start drank was not the black goo but the blood of the first deacon and that when the blood had ran out, they tried re-creating the blood but ended up with the black goo!

Wow how the story has changed from the 70s and 80s... Went form a full-blown horror survival film to something else but I did enjoy the movie. I ranked Romulus the 3 best.
