Septimius was an easy fight in Originals,And Medusa was the second easiest boss in the Odyssey

In my 3 play throghs, I never had a problem with septimius. Just use arrows, then adrenaline after you use all toure arrows slowly beat him with minor attacks you don't need to combo.
