Now that i think about it, beyond just mocking joker here, he's also making fun of Joker's one bad day, digging at the series of unfortunate events that made him the way he is, which has to cut pretty deep

How this movie came out is incredible, but what i would've loved so much is if Terry kept on with the mocking, in an ever stronger voice crescendo (every time the voice rises more and more), mocking harder and harder and harder the Joker, until he eventually falls to the ground broken.
