ОтветитьMan I know I am going to catch flak for this but ima lay it on the line anyways. Your seasoning is your choice. Personally? Salt and pepper only for me. That's it. As far as the butter goes, you can do that but I find that ribeyes are fatty enough if you heat your pan up medium high heat and cook long enough to mostly nuke cook a potato in the microwave you should come out medium rare, juicy and tender. That's how I make my steaks and I always have enough juice to dip my steak in and I never use butter or oil.
