You know McDonald's don't use whole chunks of chicken breast right? They mince it up first, that's what gives it its texture. Even if you did mince them up they still wouldn't be chicken mcnuggets since McDonald's (like KFC, Burger King, etc.) have spent millions making sure their products are somewhat unique and not producible at home.

Why do people think McDonald's are not using real chicken. They are lol. I work a nugget plant its real chicken. Nobody has time to cut nuggets so we grind the chicken and mold them then bread them. That why they have that texture.
