I don't think that's how weight classes work in boxing. You're not allowed to compete below your weight class, but you are allowed to compete above it. It's perfectly legal for them to fight in the heavyweight division. If they fought in Mac's weight class, Tyson would be the one getting disqualified.

megaman bosses are bosses since they were out and about causing havoc, mayhem and leading lesser baddies. Thats why you needed to take them out. So are these guys now doing that? No theyre sitting in a room forever.

Funny thing is, in Sonic 2, the Death Egg stage has no rings, so really all he had to do was stop using tin foil to make his robots.

That's why the Developers made them dumb because if that happens then the games would be impossible to win, all the players will rage-quit, throw the game cartridges (or delete the digital versions), disapprove them and the Developers will get no money, that's most likely why.
