Really beautiful track and like every other in the film serves such a purpose. The way he looks at him when he says I'm Neil, along with this music made me feel a weird nostalgia and warmth, as well as heart break without knowing why. And on the second viewing that emotion is really reinforced. The way Nolan manages to tell so much without dialogue (like the little smile Neil gives when he says 'no you don't' makes me sad when people complain so much about the sound mixing, everything is there.

Interesting how the Protagonist is missioned to disassemble the algorithm. But is also inevitably inclined to create this algorithm.
It's like he's trapped his past and future self into this personal paradox... What happens happened.

This is the most beautiful piece of art I’ve ever heard in my life. I thought James Blake was my favourite composer but nope, Ludwig takes the cake for sure.

Robert gave us an oscar performance in my opinion, the attachment I got for his character was stronger than the Protagonist.

I honestly would love to see an animated series of how Neil came to being an agent, possibly seeing the protagonist as his mentor, possibly, and see more of the wacky world of Tenet.
