Hi Dr Dray, I have been watching many of your presentations including Skincare products. I have one question regarding the iRESTORE ELITE HAIR Regrowth laser cap. It arrived on Jan 29th 2025, I happily tried it on with the charged battery. However, the Diodes or lights on my iRestore Elite do not flash! Please, clarify if mine item were defective.

What about for male crown baldness/thinning? Is it too late to use at a certain point?
