It’s So sad They left The Movie after that It Had a Big Opportunity For a Franchise Or even at least a sequel And Probably to This Day one Of my Favourite Movies

Watched it last night pretty darn good dont know why id never heard of it before well worth a look

Spectral should have been an origin story for a Ghostbusters reboot. Excellent movie!

The guy sees video of people not able to shoot it and people being harmed by it.... then sends in people to stop it... you can guess what happened next.... they lost....,LOL

Reminds me of Final Fantasy The Spirits Within. Had a similar premises of a ghost/unseen enemy killing people. Not sure if it’s the same but in Final Fantasy it was aliens.

Great movie, but they didn't have to do Bogdan like that... very very bad...

This may or may not be a coincidence, but this movie is weirdly similar to an episode of the old Astroboy cartoon from the 50s and 60s that also has a small European dictatorship creating a machine that makes ghostly copies of people. This isn't even the first time that happened. Westworld also cribs a lot from, like three different Astroboy stories.

I guess why it didn't really hit off, besides being on streaming only, is the premise is just like Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within animation.

Which is what it was actually going for initially, from what I've read from other comments.
