Have done a few Korean fried chicken places and lots of Southern style. However best fried chicken I have had by far is Hat Yai chicken. Hard to find real deal here in the States but well worth the effort.

I like the pan fried chicken is more soothing and comforting.

Definitely prefer this over MVF. He looks so relaxed and is able to enjoy and also beautifully express his love for the food
