too much voodoo
ОтветитьI hate this method. But I have to learn it...
Ответитьthat little bit of insight you gave at the end helped. cheers.
ОтветитьI didn't know we could swap rows, but other than that, easy-peasy! :)
ОтветитьHi, I found the way you are teaching the Gaussian Elimination method to find the inverse very confusing. First, you are using an easy 3x3 matrix to be your example. Gaussian Elimination are easy when you have an easy 3x3 matrix, but it’s not when you have fraction in the matrix. In my opinion, students are learning this method are looking for more complex method and not easy like this. Next, your steps of teaching can be more detail. It would be better if you tell students which role to minus or switch like what Michel van Biezen did in his video.
Ответитьyou saved my life..and my exams
ОтветитьThis was extremely helpful!
ОтветитьDoes this work for 2x2 matrices also?
ОтветитьThat method, can I just call it the elimination matrix?
ОтветитьWow this way is so easy till you try it on a more complex matrix lol
ОтветитьPart 1 was easy tbh.
Ответитьwhat about other size matrices
ОтветитьGauss Jordan Elimination Method :-
Elementary Operations Allowed
1.swap rows
2.multiply or divide each element in a a row by a constant
3.replace a row by adding or subtracting a multiple of another row to it
Didnt understand the part where you talked about the E-matrices. How are they matrices?
Ответитьthat was extremely helpful. Something tells me for my exam next week the prof is going to have a 3x3 or a 4x4 question.
Ответитьthis has been immensely helpful for my university class; I’ve tried scouring the textbook over & over but to no avail. this series of videos is clear and concise. thank you so much!
Ответитьthis is soooooooooo INTERESTING!!!!
ОтветитьSal, THANK YOU!
ОтветитьMuch more easier.
ОтветитьLol, is gonna look a little like vodu🤣❗️🚀
ОтветитьI didn't understand why this works. however , can be considered as a short way of get the inverse of any matrix..
ОтветитьSucked the life out of me. :(
ОтветитьThank you! I'm taking OnRamps Algebra and didn't get it whatsoever with the notes provided to us. This is more of a self-taught class, so this video is a life saver!
ОтветитьI didnt understand any of that
ОтветитьCan someone help with checking the solution Identity Matrix using the multiplication of A(inverse A)=I ? I’m not getting the inverse
ОтветитьThis is still a fantastic video for my linear algebra theory class! Thank you!
ОтветитьDoes this process work for 4x4 matrices and/or 5x5 matrices and so on? This is super useful, and it would be great if it worked for matrices larger than 4x4.
ОтветитьThank you very much for all these videos and explanations!! I'm very grateful!
Ответитьthank you soo much this was super helpful
Ответить29 teachers disliked the video, left the chat and quit teaching
ОтветитьThe elementary operations which transformed the matrix A to Identity matrix I will transform the Identity matrix I to A-1. Thanks Sal.
ОтветитьMy lecture said we aren't allowed to use this method, we would get zero if we used it. Is this normal?
ОтветитьHey, it's 2021 and these videos from 13 years ago are saving my university economics degree, thank you ❤🤣🤣
ОтветитьLinear algebra is such an elegant study
Ответитьbrilliant wow really awesome!!!
ОтветитьI literally confused as f
ОтветитьLove you sir❤️
Ответитьstill helping in 2022
ОтветитьThanks academic
Ответитьhi, I'm lucky to see this vedio. He make this easy to understand and so much fun to learn. Honestly ,i just do math as a hobby and i don't know what's for about i like math so much.
I'm doing my job is nothing to do with math. I'm a bartender. The only thing I can use math is counting beer bottles. Although the boss and costumers like me i still think a kind of wasting of my knowledge. Is any body have any ideas about what can i continue to learn or what kind of job i can look for?
2023, still useful!
ОтветитьYoooo this is so much easier than the way my classes thought us, way faster! Tysm from 7th grade 💀
Ответитьi find the adjoint part way easier since it is a 12th standard concept but i won't give up on this RREF form
ОтветитьYou still gave us the Hows! I loved it
ОтветитьThank you so much 🙏🏻
ОтветитьThank You Sal Your are saving My Life . I am from Afghanistan And I am Learning Math For machine Learning from your Video's . God bless you
