As someone who learned through IBM's Data Engineer Course from Coursera and having a scholarship at DataCamp, I personally value DataCamp since its skills + Theory, whereas in Coursera its so much theory and the hands on are really underwhelming sometimes. but the Theory in Coursera is really good but DataCamp's theory is good as well, but Id prefer datacamp
