As someone who has a medical condition that makes my resting heart rate between 90-140, I was genuinely shocked to see a RHR at 50-55. Like, I know mine's not normal at all, but I thought 50 was like, actual Bradycardia. Guess chugging olive oil gives you the heart of an elite athlete.
