After half a dozen vids trying to find one on scanning from my printer to my laptop computer using a USB cable (no wi-fi) this one finally did it , and the trick was opening up and using the ScanSmart feature ! Thank you !

I have been trying for days to setup my scanner. I finally bought a USB cord & thought okay if I plug it in it will just work... IT DIDN'T. Nothing new happened. Took me 1.5 hrs of searching the web & trying things before finding your video. Thank you so much for carefully taking us through all of this & being very clear. Everything is in perfect working order now & I was finally able to scan my documents. I don't even think I need the USB cord because during setup it allowed me to choose the option for scanning w/ a wifi connection. Thank you so much!

this was a life saver. We haven't been able to get the printer to connect to wifi since we moved and finally gave in and got a cable. Have had the printer for 2 years so couldn't remember what to do.

It's a standard usb a to b cable. Nothing special.

Not useful as not all Epson ecotank printers have a display!

This et-2850 printer/scanner that I got from Costco is trash. Only scans one page at a time. Considering the tech nowadays it should be a given to scan more than one page at a time. Am I doing something wrong? Lemme know before I take it back and get another printer scanner combo.
