Ответить3 years ago, I once lost 10 kg for simply just doing this tutorial once a day along with red rice and a healthy salad for a meal. I was 70kg that time.
Now, I am 75 kg and I didn’t even dare to look for a tutorial that would help me work out and lose weight again. This has been in my saved list as this helped me a lot before. Proven and tested 😊
